Content
This online program is designed to teach delegates the fundamentals of project management, covering the four integrated components: principles, themes, processes, and project environment. Participants will also learn about the different management roles required in a PRINCE2®? project. You’ll also learn the PRINCE2® framework through a range of exercises, practice exam questions and simulators.
Duration
This program is for five days, Monday to Friday from 6pm to 9pm.
Learning & Teaching
This is an online program with a small cohort, typically limited to 20-25 participants. You will need access to a computer (not an iPad) with internet connection. The program utilises various learning techniques, presentations, and both group and individual exercises. It will also include workbooks, exercises, study support, workshops, networking opportunities, access to job opportunities, career mentorship, and coaching.
Additionally, you will receive a digital manual for Managing Successful Projects with PRINCE2®?, which is included in the cost. Tutor support is also available by contacting info@abpmx.org.
Study Time Required
The courses takes approximately 15 hours to complete, however, you will have access to all the materials to plan your study time and complete you exam within the year.
Prepare for the PRINCE2® foundation exam
Over 90% of those who have completed our program have found it to be valuable for their careers. They have also said that this credential provides the confidence and skills necessary to successfully pass the PRINCE2®? Foundation exam.
Exams are taken online through remote proctoring. When you complete the program, you can ask you tutor for discount link for the PeopleCert exam voucher. Upon purchasing the exam, you will receive an email invitation within 48 hours to register on the PeopleCert portal. Once registered, you can schedule your online exam at a date and time of your choice. It is your responsibility to book your own exam. For further details on how to take your exam and the technical requirements, please your tutor.
Requirement
There are no minimum academic or vocational qualifications required but a good general standard of education is beneficial. No pre-work or prior knowledge is necessary.
