The recent ABPM London Workshop that took place on Saturday, 26th August 2023 was a great success, with both new and experienced project managers benefiting from valuable insights and practical experience to enhance their project management skills.
Throughout the workshop, participants had the opportunity to immerse themselves in a hands-on learning environment. They were exposed to various tools, techniques, and best practices in project management, equipping them with the knowledge to effectively use team collaboration and communication tools, as well as project management techniques to facilitate and run projects more efficiently.
One of the highlights of the workshop was the practical project management exercise, where participants were given a project to manage. This exercise allowed them to apply the knowledge and skills they acquired during the session and demonstrate their understanding of the concepts taught. It was inspiring to witness the participants showcase their newfound expertise and witness the growth in their project management capabilities.
